“This year’s Musical themed Gym and Dance show proved to be yet another unforgettable celebration of creativity and fun! Taking place on the 5th and 6th of February, our amazing community of talented gymnasts and dancers showcased their dedication and hard work from the past three months. From the amazing BTEC performances to the breathtaking song, sung by Elena; they were two nights I wouldn’t miss for the world. A big thanks to all the staff who made the night possible, we couldn’t have done it without you!”

“The Gym and Dance Show is always a highlight of the year with so many amazing performances of dance and gymnastics. This was sadly my last one but one of my favourites. The theme of musicals was great fun and a big variety of songs that we all sang along to. So much hard work, dedication and passion went in to make this an amazing show. We couldn’t have done it without the very talented Priory students and of course the amazing teachers. Mrs Hasting-Holland and Miss Decon were a huge help teaching the choreography for some of the dances. Mrs Bullen is a massive help, and everything seems to be sorted by the time we all turn round,
everyone needs a Mrs Bullen in their life. Of course we must thank the wonderful, amazing Mrs Harrison who puts in so much work and effort to make this show work and be fabulous.”
Jemimah Taylor (Head Student)
“Gym and Dance was fun. I liked having the freedom to do our own dances, but teachers were there to help if needed. It is nice to also have a theme throughout Gym and Dance.
The atmosphere on the days of shows was incredible and comforting for nerves. Other people’s dances were amazing. My favourite 3 were Grease, Low and Hard Knock Life.
On the gym side, there were vaults, floor routines and trampette routines. There were also gymnastics dances with aerials, flips and back walkovers which were so incredible. The creativity and effort people put into their dances is 100% and they were all amazing! All the helpers and teachers were amazing and vital for the show so a big thank you to them.”
